Refund & Returns Policy

Proof of Purchase
To initiate any return, you must provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase. This helps us process your request efficiently and verify eligibility. Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted. Examples include:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue you a gift certificate.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver directly.
Shipping Returns
